This engineered water treatment system utilizes an optimized media tank layout to deliver commercial-grade purification within a single, highly durable cabinet housing. The process begins inside the main pressure vessel, where water flows through an integrated Ultra-fil process layer containing 0.7 kg of specialized media to trap fine particulate impurities and protect the system. Water then passes through a high-grade fine-mesh cation exchange resin bed (20 liters) to eradicate severe hardness up to 1,200 mg/L and prevent limescale scaling on plumbing and internal heating elements, while simultaneously drawing out massive ferrous iron concentrations.

The system is managed by by an intelligent electronic controller with a 5-button display that accurately tracks water consumption to launch demand-initiated self-cleaning regenerations. The complete eco-friendly self-cleaning cycle is incredibly efficient, consuming just 53 liters of water per regeneration and utilizing a variable salt dosing profile based on actual water demand. Built with an integrated high-capacity salt storage compartment holding up to 40–55 kg of salt and featuring a highly optimized footprint, this system ensures high flow rates while fitting neatly into utility spaces, basements, or boiler rooms.
