This innovative system features a 100% reagent-free and salt-free design, completely eliminating the need for tablet salt, chlorine, or potassium permanganate. The configuration connects an integrated Ionizer 1000/1 module directly to an automatic F69Q1 control valve, executing automated self-cleaning cycles using active, ionized water to flush out trapped iron and manganese into the drain. To ensure proper backwash and optimal performance of the ionization regeneration process, the setup strictly requires a minimum inlet water flow rate of 1.8 m³/h at an operating pressure of 2.7–2.8 Bar.

Removal Capabilities:

  • Sediment Filtration: Removes sand, rust, and suspended particles (decreases water turbidity).

  • High Iron (Fe) Reduction: Extracted concentrations up to 70–100 mg/L.

  • Manganese (Mn) Reduction: Extracted concentrations up to 3–5 mg/L.

  • Dissolved Gases: Removes Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S).

  • Heavy & Color Metals: Reduces Al, Zn, Cu, Ni, etc.

  • Hardness Reduction: Partially removes water hardness (typically 20–45% reduction).

  • Ammonia Compounds: Reduces baseline quantities of NH3 and NH4.
